Competition law

» Our expertise in competition law concerns issues of anti-competitive practices (agreements, abuse of dominant position, abuse of economic domination) as well as European or French-scale merger operations.

We also assist our clients in all matters relating to pricing transparency law and, in particular, in the drawing up of supplier agreements, central purchasing or referencing contracts, price lists, price reductions or back margins. On these issues, we can also devise and/or optimise financial flows and invoicing schemes, particularly in the event of complex intra-group flows.

We also defend or assist our clients in the event of controls by the DGCCRF (French General Directorate for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control), in the event of proceedings before the European Commission or the French Competition Authority or before the judicial courts (civil, commercial and criminal courts) and administrative courts.

We are also pleased to regularly welcome at our firm trainees from the Master 2 Market, Competition and Consumer Law programme at the University of Nantes, led by Catherine Del Cont and Marine Friant-Perrot.
