We assist our clients in the context of the necessary restructurings or for the renegotiation of their debts, where applicable under judicial supervision (ad hoc mandate, conciliation, etc.).

 

We intervene on behalf of creditors by defending their rights (declarations of claims, retention of title clause claims, invalidity of the suspect period, etc.).

 

We are also regularly asked to defend directors in civil or criminal liability claims.
