Fabrice is a graduate of the University of Law of Rennes (DJCE (corporate legal advisor postgraduate degree) - Master II Corporate Lawyer) and holder of the Certificate of Studies Specialised in Tax Law.

Fabrice began in 1990 at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Landwell) in Paris. He was seconded to London before joining Dentons. Fabrice took on responsibility for the legal department of the Canon France group in 1999.
He joined Ernst & Young Société d'Avocats in Nantes in 2003 before creating ARTLEX (SELARL ARTLEX) in 2004.

Fabrice provided training on company acquisition techniques in particular at EDAGO (Grand Ouest Law School) and corporate training on acquisition strategies.
