» ARTLEX's Labour Law department assists SME-SMIs and international groups in managing their individual and collective labour relations.

​

In particular, we intervene on the following issues:

​

  • Drafting of contractual documents entered into between the employer and the employee (employment contracts, amendments, etc.)                                                                                                                                      

  • Assistance of the company in the day-to-day management of individual working relationships with employees                                                                                                                                

  • Assistance of the company in the management of collective relations: entering into collective agreements, implementation of employee savings mechanisms (statutory profit-sharing, discretionary profit-sharing, etc.), establishment and renewal of employee representative institutions and monitoring of relations with them (information procedures, consultation, etc.)                                                                                           

  • Development and implementation of dismissal procedures for personal or economic reasons            

  • Disciplinary law: choice of sanctions, implementation                                                                         

  • Employee-related aspects - individual and collective - of restructuring or reorganisation plans of companies, assistance of the French human resources departments with regard to the parent company located abroad                                                                                                                       

  • Corporate audits in the context of mergers or acquisitions, review of the company's employee-related practices (individual and collective aspects)                                                                                         

  • Assistance and representation in the context of employment-related litigation (Labour Tribunal, Social Security Affairs Court, etc.)
